Similarly, a tenant mandate follows a process of qualifying the requirements of an organization,
both presently and in the future. This includes space requirements, geographic constraints,
landlord’s work, budgets, and hours of operation. Using a variety of real time information
services we are able to ascertain the inventory in the market and develop short list of candidate
properties. Our focus is to create an environment in which the client can make an informed decision
that is completely aligned with their organizational objectives.
